Introductory Classes
-The Intro Classes are 6 weekly 2-Hour sessions.
-These are “live” classes with interaction by experienced Mentors. The group learning experience is far superior to any recorded class, this is 2-way learning! Receive feedback to any question.
-The classes run once a week on Thursday evenings, for 6 consecutive weeks.
-A new session will start soon, date to be announced shortly. Each session will be 6:00-8:00 P.M. MST EXACT STARTING DATE TO COME SOON!
-Zoom software will be used for the group to gather. An invitation for each session will be emailed to you. If unfamiliar with Zoom it is very easy to use. A computer (or even a phone) with camera and microphone will allow you to participate in the group chat.
-Introductory sessions will be led by instructor Norm Cattoni and/or by lead instructor Dave Chidley
-We do record the Sessions with access to the subscribed students to review or view if unable to attend any of the sessions.
-Payment for the 6 sessions using the Paypal button below will hold your spot and you will receive confirmation and further information after Subscribing
-The cost of the full 6 sessions (12 hours of interactive instruction) is only $299 CDN (plus 5% HST tax at checkout)
You will learn to control the camera to get it to do what you want it to.
Typically our classes and content have flexibility to cater to the individuals in the class. Often we go on tangents based upon questions and suggestions in the class.

Intermediate / Advance Sessions
–Our Long-term Course for Intermediate / Advance Photographers with similarly experienced learners and will meet once a month for as long as the group wishes. There is no long-term commitment required by you. You can join a group for a few months or stick around for years as we continue to learn together. These are open ended groups that will continue as long as a minimum number of students continue. The cost of these gatherings are based on each session. Some of our present Intermediate/Advanced group has been together now for over 3 years!

-You can JOIN US ANYTIME! The classes do have a natural progression, but the content is delivered so that you you don’t need to start on the first class.
ThePhotoMentor learning environment has been founded by professional photographer Dave Chidley. Dave has been teaching all levels of photography groups for decades. Our regular Photo Instructors and guests are masters at their trade and have been selected for their ability to share / teach their ideas in an easy-going and enjoyable atmosphere.
